A few years ago I was a single mum building a venture fund from scratch, saying yes to everything, and running on empty. The "experts" told me to hustle harder. So I did the opposite — and changed everything.
Today I run a $100M+ fund on a 4-day work week. Record quarters with a third of the team most people would tell you that you need. The secret wasn't working more — it was doing the inner work, installing the right systems, and having the courage to lead differently.
Now, after two decades of building (and rebuilding) businesses across media, fashion, tech, and finance — and navigating motherhood as a single parent — I now help women founders access the funding strategies, operational frameworks, and personal breakthroughs that actually move the needle.

Remember mailing CDs? I co-founded a radio production company that syndicated Smash Hits and Kerrang Radio to 50+ stations nationwide. That's right — physical CDs, in the mail. And it worked.
🌏 Took a Fashion Brand Global
As General Manager at Leona Edmiston, I grew the second label from two stores to a global presence across LA, London, and Hong Kong. Different industry, same operator brain.
🚀 From Sharing Economy Pioneer to Fund Founder
I co-founded Occasional Butler (sold to Airtasker), launched one of Melbourne's first coworking spaces, and then built Tractor Ventures into a $100M+ venture debt fund. I don't sit still — I just do it in four days a week now.
