I tried the hustle playbook. Worked ridiculous hours. Said yes to everything. Did what the "experts" told me to do. And I hit a wall.
So I changed everything.
Today I'm the founder of Tractor Ventures — a fund that's deployed over $100 million in venture debt to Australian businesses.
I run it on a 4-day work week (yes, really).
